About
I am a corporate strategy and transformation leader, and systems designer with more than fifteen years’ experience helping organisations navigate complex change. My work spans operating model design, governance frameworks, cultural change, and multi-team integration, always with the aim of building systems that are robust, adaptive, and capable of delivering sustained performance.
I bring a cross-disciplinary approach to this work, drawing on organisational theory, systems thinking, and approaches that integrate structure, behaviour, and organisational context. This allows me to address both the structural and the human dimensions of change, ensuring that organisations not only perform but also remain resilient and aligned to what matters most.
I design and embed ways of working that connect strategy to execution, enabling clarity in decision-making, distributed leadership and long-term adaptability. My approach combines practical delivery with a deeper focus on human systems, where alignment, trust, and shared purpose shape both daily choices and strategic direction.
I am currently developing a research agenda focused on how organisations design and govern effective human–AI systems, with particular emphasis on operating models, decision frameworks, and enterprise execution in AI-enabled contexts. This work bridges my consulting practice with a scholarly aim: to provide leaders with actionable frameworks that turn technological change into a catalyst for meaningful work.
