About
I am a transformation leader and systems designer with more than fifteen years’ experience helping organisations navigate complex change. My work spans operating model design, governance frameworks, cultural change, and multi-team integration, always with the aim of building systems that are robust, adaptive, and human-centred.
I bring a transdisciplinary lens to this work, drawing on organisational theory, systems thinking, and reflective traditions that explore purpose, meaning, and values. This allows me to address both the structural and the human dimensions of change, ensuring that organisations not only perform but also remain resilient and connected to what matters most.
I design and embed ways of working that enable clarity in decision-making, distributed leadership and long-term adaptability. My approach combines practical delivery with a deeper focus on human systems, how alignment, trust, and shared purpose can be embedded so they shape both daily choices and strategic direction.
I am currently developing a research agenda that investigates how purpose-driven, self-governing, human-centred systems can be designed and sustained in AI-enabled contexts. This work bridges my consulting practice with a scholarly aim: to provide leaders with actionable frameworks that turn technological change into a catalyst for meaningful work.
